I always thought the weapons show back up in your inventory next time you play, but it's been 2 weeks and i still don't have my regular sniper back, which i lent to my buddy. After realizing this, I dropped half a dozen other guns I don't use, and they also still have't come back yet. Do I have to go to ammunition to rebuy/equip them? I haven't tried this yet but I'm at work rn so I can't try.I know the weapon wheel is very cluttered, and there is apparently no way to get rid of guns, but did I stumble across a glitch that lets me drop guns for good!? Or maybe R. snuck this feature in recently? I've been perma-dropping guns on both Xbox 360 & PS4 for as long as I can remember.It's great for getting the rid of the crappy guns you pick up during jobs & keeping your weapon wheel tidy for fast switching. But an option to disable auto-pickup would arguably be even better.I would love to be able to do it in single player as well.I particularly love that if I'm not carrying a Micro SMG, I will usually equip the AP Pistol automatically in vehicles (a few times I will be unarmed, though, not sure why - which is why I have a habit of always hitting square (PS4) to make sure I have a gun ready when getting in a car).The only weapon I can't get rid of is the regular pistol. If I've dropped it, I will always get a new one when when logging on again.Although I never use SMGs, I always carry an Assault SMG, because if you drop the last weapon of a type, you also discard all the associated ammo - which is going to cost you the next time you re-buy all ammo before a mission if you've inadvertently picked up a SMG in the meantime.Bonus info: You can't drop the Musket & Fireworks Launcher from the Independence Day DLC. I would presume the same applies to the Gusenberg Sweeper, but don't quote me on that.

No, you cant recieve god mode or any other similar effects by getting into the car of a modder. Some stats are written by the server in real time and those can be manipulated by a modder.

God mode, health, etc are not in those stats and are all client side. Thats why you cant even get into a modded car and get its effects even with the modder in the car with you. The only things a modder can do is drop money or weapons onto you, spawn objects on you to prevent you from being able to move (and if you were hit while animating, you cant even pause), change your RP level, or kick you out.

No other things can be done to your character by a modder. Is rockstar didn't make literally everything 3 to 4 million dollars money drops wouldn't be a thing and shark cards would be worth it. Sure it's unfair for someone to be a modder and another to not be a modder, but many mod menus are free and they are simply on a website that is easily accessed so really anyone can be a modder if they really want to. Rockstar shouldn't really be this strict about mods, GTA roleplay is literally a mod that makes the game better than it was and it has become more popular than the game itself and if they were to allow mods in online sessions the game would become more popular which would get rockstar more money and more players and then they will have enough money to make their next game epic and then allow mods and the process would repeat. I specifically posted 'clean players only,' but I still had to repeatedly ask a guy to leave, as the kicks don't always work. I really just want to have a clean game with other respectful players.
