So I know that until the modkit is released we won't be getting many perk mods but I thought I'd see what kind of perk mods people wanted to seeFor me there are a few things I would like to see1. Attack Dog and Animal Friend should be rolled into one perk, the reason not every one wants to use Dogmeat for those that don't its just a useless perk taking up space, and it would fit well with Animal Friend.1.5.

It would open up a spot for another Charisma perk preferably one that help convincing others.2. Final fantasy 13 ost download. Scrounger and Fortune Finder should be limited to 1 or 2 perk points, as it is thay feal like dump stats.3. Remove the Special requirment from all the perks but add a level restriction on the perks.3.5. Remove the abilities to increase Special when level up, may also increase the number of Special points at the start of the game to that of FO3 and VN.

Quite honestly i think Number 3 would be a rather horrible change that would remove the whole point from the perk system in general. Certain kinds of Perks being tied to a certain attribute whose effect it is associated with just makes sense. It was basically the same in previous fallout games with many perks requiring a certain level of Skill X or Skill Y and it's just such a core component of how the whole character progression system in Fallout games work.Removing that would make the game significantly worse in my opinion and may even ruin the balance between the attributes themselves. I think 3.5 is fine though. Originally posted by:Quite honestly i think Number 3 would be a rather horrible change that would remove the whole point from the perk system in general. Yea I forgot that the last two game also had a Special requirment on the perks, I just fine it annoying I can't get some of the better perks if I don't turn my character into a god. Actually, I would say your character wouldn't become overpowered just due to having maxed out/high specials. Its more due to using the combat oriented perks, and better weapons. The only reason the perks have such high level requirements for the next step in some of them, is due to having no level cap in the game. Luck, at the same time there are other Attributes which may not be as good in the perk department but offer pretty decent advantages on their own i.e. Charisma.(Those two examples were based on my own evaluation and on my personal playstyle, no general judgement here.)Now removing those SPECIAL requirements and having them tied to level alone would basically mean there is no reason to take any significant amount of points into luck, at the same time there would basically be no reason not to take massive amounts of Agility for free Action Points and so on.Just think it would screw things up.
