My dad also had the same problem he fixed it. He called the psn an which they said turn it off. Don't hold it. Wait a while then hold till it turns on.
Keep doing it till it fixes. Sometimes don't hold it then sometimes hold it idk. How my dad did it but he saved me a lot of trouble.If this didn't work call psn they help.
